The Makery Nook is heading to Howl-oween in Malmesbury!!!

I’m excited to be taking The Makery Nook out and about for my first event with another local business!

On Saturday 31st October, I’ll be joining The Old Bell Hotel in Malmesbury for their Howl-oween event at The Cloister Gardens, from 12pm – 3.30pm.

It sounds like a fun afternoon for dogs and their humans, with a dog parade and fancy-dress competition, prizes for some very special pooches, local stalls, artisan makers and trick-or-treat fun. There’ll also be plenty of seasonal food and drink, including toffee apples, roasted chestnuts and some suitably spooky treats - don't forget the puppachinos!

I’ll be bringing a little creative activity along, where you can make your own dog tug toy using colourful, Halloween-inspired fabrics. It’s a quick craft, offering you the chance to have a go at something crafty and make something useful for your four-legged friend to enjoy.

If you’d rather not make one on the day, you can also buy a ready-made toy or pick up a kit to make at home.

It’s a first for The Makery Nook, and I’m looking forward to being part of an event that brings together local businesses, dog lovers and the community.

So, if you fancy an afternoon of spooky costumes, wagging tails, local shopping and a bit of creativity, come along and say hello. I’d love to see you there!

You do need to book to attend, see the link below. You may book my craft in advance as well or just drop in on the day, i'll also have craft kits to buy and some pre-made options.

When: Saturday 31st October, 12pm–3.30pm
Where: The Cloister Gardens, next to The Old Bell Hotel, Malmesbury

I look forward to seeing you there.
